  It doesn't matter whether a product or food item is good...when service sucks, the whole experience is bad. The "barista" was rude, unfriendly, and a dork. The owner/cashier wasn't any better. Pathetic. We are not coming into your store to ensure you get a paycheck; we are your customers, who have a choice, and we chose wrongly.

  As the name implies, the coffee is Bad Ass! They are technically right on the beach - but across the street. You can easily grab a coffee and head down to watch the sunrise or just the sea (if you get up later than the sun). Good coffee, service and ambiance.

  Brought my out-of-town friends in to show them just how amazing Bad Ass Coffee is. They asked for the creamer to be changed out as it was hot, thick, and spoiled. The young man behind the desk didn't pour it out or even rinse out the container. He just poured more creamer into the container, on top of the spoiled milk. At that point, my friends decided they never wanted to come back. Working in a hospital, you learn a lot about food borne illnesses and bacteria. That was a breeding ground. They did say they would be willing to try another location, that hopefully the other places are up to par with their cleanliness standards. We hope the health department does an inspection soon. If serving spoiled milk is OK, it makes me wonder what else they're doing.
